Head of Information Systems - City of Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom - Head Resourcing This is an exciting opportunity to join Head Resourcing as an IT Operations Manager, responsible for leading the IT function and driving forward our organisational goals. About the Role You will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services to the organisation, with a focus on long-term IT strategy development, cyber security leadership, digital transformation, and IT service delivery. Leading the IT Team: Lead a team of eight IT colleagues and provide guidance on IT-related matters. Cyber Security: Lead the IT team in all aspects of Cyber Security, ensuring the highest levels of protection for the organisation. Digital Transformation: Work closely with the Digital Transformation Programme Manager to ensure smooth transition of transformative projects to Business As Usual (BAU). IT Service Delivery: Deliver and support all aspects of IT, including business systems, on-premise infrastructure, cloud applications and infrastructure, cyber security, and learning and development. Requirements A strong background in IT leadership, with experience in developing and implementing IT strategies. Proven expertise in Cyber Security, with a focus on protecting against threats and vulnerabilities. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Flexible hybrid working arrangements.
