Do you have demonstrable experience of a leadership role where you have managed large scale budgets? Have you previously been responsible for managing day to day operations, ensuring your team deliver high quality services and support? If so, I have a fantastic opportunity for you! /p p I’m looking to speak with individuals who have a strong technical knowledge of Azure environments and have working experience of Active Directory. You will be able to demonstrate that you can manage supplier relationships and that you have a customer service mindset when dealing with internal and external stakeholders. Previous experience of implementing SLA’s and ensuring they are adhered to and met, will be a huge advantage in this role. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Drive continuous improvement, optimising operations, service quality and efficiency /li li Lead the IT Operations team, ensuring SLA’s are met and service is of the highest quality /li li In conjunction with IT Leadership Team, implement a vision and strategy for your team /li li Manage the team’s budget, recognising chances to reduce capex and opex spend /li li Oversee the teams working underneath your direct reports /li li Work with business stakeholders to understand and meet the business objectives /li li Act as an escalation point for any issues that can’t be resolved by your team /li /ul p strong The Ideal Candidate /strong /p ul li Excellent relationships builder with internal and external stakeholders /li li Strong customer service skills /li li Ability to communicate with stakeholders of varying technical capabilities /li li Strategic thinker and problem solver /li li Knowledge of ISO27001 /li li ITIL or Project Management Certified /li /ul p strong Desired experience with: /strong /p ul li Azure /li li Active Directory /li li IT Operations Leadership /li li Budget Management – Reducing capex and opex spend /li li Supplier Relationships /li li Computer Systems, Software, Hardware and Networks /li /ul p If you would like to be considered for this role, apply below or get in contact with Andrew Rose for further details. /p p Xpertise are acting as an employment agency and business /p
