Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales leader, who is used to managing a team of SDR's to join the commercial team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated leader to take on a pivotal role in shaping and expanding the SDR team. As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving the growth and success of the team, overseeing the development of strategies that generate new business opportunities, and ultimately contributing to the company’s overall growth. If you're passionate about leadership, sales, and making a tangible impact, this role offers the chance to play a key part in the company’s continued success.Duties & Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of your SDR team, ensuring that they consistently meet or exceed their monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.Regularly report on performance metrics and key KPIs to the leadership team, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and partnership teams to drive pipeline growth through strong outbound initiatives.Develop, agree upon, and monitor individual action plans and targets for all SDRs, offering support in sales strategy and activity planning.Provide comprehensive training to the SDR team, covering product knowledge, pitching techniques, sales skills, and strategies for navigating difficult conversations.Identify, research, and implement new sales strategies, methodologies, and processes aimed at improving conversion rates through both inbound and outbound lead generation.Knowledge, Experience & Skills:Demonstrated success in leading B2B SaaS SDR teams, with a focus on the Enterprise market.Expertise in creating and executing effective onboarding and coaching programs.A positive, resilient mindset with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Hubspot, Outreach, and other data platforms.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a talent for working across teams.In-depth knowledge of outbound sales processes and frameworks.A data-driven approach to managing and optimising team performance.Nice to Have:Experience working within the office of the CFO.Benefits Package:Competitive base salary up to £75,000, with an OTE of £110,000.27 days of annual leave, including 3 days for Christmas closure, with the option to roll over 3 days.Hybrid working model with two days a week in the London office.Comprehensive private medical and dental Enhanced parental leave options.A strong learning and development culture with a £500 personal annual budget.Commitment to sustainabilityRegular team socials and activitiesAnnual team retreat
