The Head of Inspection & Maintenance will lead the department’s s ustainable growth and profitability, ensuring operational oversight and budgetary control. Responsibilities include assessing, estimating, and submitting tenders, particularly for inspection, materials testing, and maintenance projects requiring difficult access techniques. The role oversees team competence, work quality, and project delivery within budget and timelines. Additionally, the role involves client relationship management, business development, accreditation compliance, and process improvements.
