Job Title: IT Director / Head of IT

Job Overview

Join us during an exciting phase of transformation and play a pivotal role in steering our organization towards Operational Excellence. In this position, you will lead a critical and complex PPM (Placement and Policy Management) implementation for our insurance client, ensuring seamless and efficient execution of all projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee extensive PPM implementation initiatives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of project and portfolio management.
  • Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to address challenges.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in relevant software and tools.
  • Implement best practices while striving for Operational Excellence.
  • Contribute to data and analytics strategy development.
  • Collaborate closely with local and regional leaders to realize a multi-year vision.
  • Manage relationships with external suppliers.
  • Oversee multiple in-house and outsourced development and delivery streams across ambitious change and operational excellence programs.
  • Experience with Generative AI tools and machine learning is preferred.

Job Type

This is a permanent position, with a start date anticipated in November 2024.

Work Arrangement

This hybrid role requires three days on-site in London and two days of remote work.
