An excellent, one off opportunity for a Head Of Lettings to join a thriving boutique independent Estate Agency within their lovely office in Altrincham.
My clients have an excellent reputation and are keen to add a strong Head Of Lettings who can both grow their portfolio and oversee the wider portfolio, identifying opportunities for organic growth. This role would suit a rounded lettings professional who is looking to join a lovely boutique brand.

Head Of Lettings – Duties

\n
• Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
\n
• Attending and instructing lettings valuations
\n
• Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
\n
• Oversight of onboarding new stock
\n
• Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
\n
• Training and developing of your team
\n
• Supporting and guiding the team to achieve personal and branch key goals
\n
• Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
\n
• Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
\n
• Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
\n
• Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
\n
• Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting.
\n
• Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team.
\n
• Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required

Head Of Lettings – Experience Needed

\n
• Previous experience as a Lettings Manager.
\n
• ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
\n
• You will be a strong communicator with excellent inter-personal skills.
\n
• Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented.
\n
• Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business.
\n
• Excellent knowledge of the lettings process and legislation.
\n
