p Kennedy Pearce are partnering with a leading International London based Bank who offer Hybrid working and excellent benefits in recruiting a Head of Loan Administration /p br Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below. br p As the Head of Loan Administration you must have previous proven leadership and management experience of a Loan Administration Department /p p The Loan Administration Team are responsible for the day-to-day processing of committed and uncommitted loan facilities /p p strong KEY RESPONSIBILITIES /strong /p ul li Assist the Loan Administration Manager(s) and Assistant Manager(s) with the preparation and control of the department’s monthly reporting function and to provide guidance & training to all Loans Admin staff on reporting issues. /li li Assist with the calculation of settlement figures and liaison with counterparties in respect of secondary loan trades and provide signature for executed Pricing Letters. /li li Assume overall responsibility for the Loans Administration Department to maintain accurate repayment schedules. /li li Co-ordinate and facilitate the planning of training within the department and to develop the individual roles of all Loan Administration staff through implementation of a thorough cross-training and development programme. /li li Demonstrate a solid understanding of documentation issues and to conduct thorough reviews, raising any administrative matters with the relevant Global Banking Unit Department. /li li Ensure that loan facilities and the booking of transactions are accurately and comprehensively booked in the firm’s records. /li li Liaise with Loan Administration departments of other banks regarding instructions relating to syndicated loan transactions /li /ul p strong QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE /strong /p ul li Previous proven leadership and management experience of a Loan Administration Department, preferably from within the banking Industry /li li Ability to drive change and improve daily processes in the department, displaying attention to detail and a willingness to take responsibility and ownership in order to resolve problems /li /ul
