You will:
Build and Lead a High-Performing Data Science Team:
Recruit, develop, and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to deliver cutting-edge ML solutions. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Drive Data-Driven Innovation:
Define the data science strategy, identify opportunities for AI/ML to drive business growth, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
Develop and Scale ML Capabilities:
Oversee the development and deployment of robust ML pipelines, including fraud detection and risk assessment models.
Establish MLOps Excellence:
Architect and implement efficient MLOps pipelines to streamline model development, deployment, and monitoring, ensuring model performance and reliability.
Collaborate Across the Organisation:
Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and communicate data-driven insights effectively.
We're Looking For:
Proven Leadership:
Demonstrated experience leading and growing high-performing data science teams, with a track record of delivering impactful ML solutions.
Deep ML Expertise:
Strong foundation in machine learning techniques and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
MLOps Mastery:
Proven ability to build and scale MLOps platforms, leveraging CI/CD, containerisation, and cloud technologies.
Technical Proficiency:
Hands-on experience with Python, ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
