I am thrilled to partner with the UK's premier all-cargo air carrier in their quest to find a Head of Maintenance.
We seek a motivated individual who values both people and service excellence. The perfect candidate will demonstrate a commitment to precision and a genuine passion for their work.
As the Head of Maintenance, you will be an integral part of the Senior Management Team, helping to shape the strategic direction of our airline. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of our fleet.
Location: Midlands - 4 days onsite
Salary: £100,000 (negotiable) plus generous bonus & car allowance
Role overview:
Ensure the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance of the fleet.
Lead and manage a team to meet organisational goals.
Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies and policies.
Report to the Managing Director and collaborate with the Senior Management Team.
Uphold the standards detailed in the Safety and Quality Policy Statement.
Experience and Qualifications:
Must currently hold or have previously held a relevant Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Licence.
Possess a higher-level educational qualification along with substantial management and leadership experience in a similar role.
A background working in aviation or similar is essential for this position.
