Head of Maintenance

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Maintenance will be a key member of the senior leadership team and will play a vital role in the contribution to the success and future strategy of Pennine Aggregates operations.
This role will deliver continuous improvement in safety, health & environment, equipment reliability and overall maintenance costs of the aggregates operations whilst building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
The Waterswallows site has recently launched a Preventative Maintenance program to increase equipment reliability. The Head of Maintenance will lead the culture change and ensure the successful delivery of the program.

Promote a zero-harm safety culture within the site maintenance team.
Lead and manage the site Reliability program to understand equipment failures and downtime by initiating Root Cause Analysis to identify actions to prevent recurrences.
