Head of Marketing and Ecommerce Staffline Ireland are recruiting for a Head of Marketing and Ecommerce on behalf of a global manufacturing company. The Head of Marketing and Ecommerce will be responsible for working with senior management to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, supports business growth, and enhances customer engagement across multiple markets and channels. Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute data-driven marketing plans that align with the company's objectives, focusing on increasing market share, lead generation, and customer retention. Brand Management: Strengthen the company's brand presence in the industry, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms (digital, print, and trade shows). Content Creation and Management: Oversee the creation of channel specific marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, blog posts, and white papers that highlight the company's products and industry expertise. Digital Marketing: Lead the company's digital marketing efforts, including website management, SEO, PPC campaigns, CRM/email marketing, and social media to drive traffic and generate leads. Market Knowledge: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Understanding and adapting to the needs of the various customers (builders, specialist merchants, retrofit, verified installers, architects, specifiers etc.) Trade Shows and Events: Plan and coordinate the company's participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and sponsorship events to showcase our products and capabilities. Team Management and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation while ensuring continuous professional growth. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving maximum impact. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product development/technical, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with overall business goals. Reporting and Analytics: Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on performance data and key metrics. Any other duties role may involve. Person Specification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial B2B environment. Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing, and social media. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Strong collaboration, leadership and team management skills. The Rewards The successful Head of Marketing and Ecommerce will enjoy a competitive salary circa £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience plus Bonus. Location The Head of Marketing and Ecommerce role will be based in Cookstown with option of hybrid working.
