The business needs a proven Head of Marketing/ Marketing Director who can execute a GTM SAAS playbook in partnership with the C-suite team and work in close collaboration with Sales, and take it to the next level, never seen before. If you have experience building from the ground up or completely reviving Marketing and Demand Generation, this position will be perfect for you.You will build from scratch (in areas), redesign and tailor new GTM plans for:ABMDigitalDemand GenField and Campaign plansKey Responsibilities:Build, inspire, and lead a marketing function that delivers against marketing goals, with clearly defined roles, career paths, succession plans, and employee success strategiesTranslate the business goals into effective integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for key geographies, product lines, and customer segments that support the achievement of quarterly and annual goalsWork cross-functionally with Sales, Sales Enablement, Strategy, Product Marketing, Creative Services/Digital, Customer Marketing, and Marketing Ops teams to ensure optimal orchestration and effectiveness of marketing programsKey Requirements:Held Marketing Manager, Director or Head of positions at a fast-growth SaaS business 8+ years of SMB or Mid Market software marketing experienceExperience building from the ground up, or totally re-transforming teamsStrong MQL to SQL experienceGrowth mindset and a team player with a positive attitudeProven experience in hiring, mentoring, and motivating a high-growth functionExperience in managing quarterly and annual budgetsand more!If of interest, please apply!Thank you,Team Amberes
