Role Overview:
We are looking for a Head of Marketing, Brand and Communications to lead our marketing and outreach function and develop a clear strategy to help Orri realise its growth ambitions. We are looking for a highly competent manager with a proven track record in delivering growth in a health or wellness consumer setting.
This is a hands on role leading on building our brand, delivering our marketing and communication strategy alongside the operational delivery of the marketing function. This includes effectively managing our agency partnerships and the internal team to drive engagement and awareness across our channels and strategies.
The role requires flexibility, creativity, and a self-starter attitude.
Main duties and responsibilities:
Developing and owning Orri’s brand and campaign strategy to ensure we are at the forefront of eating disorder treatment in the UK and have a reputation as the thought leader in the space.
Developing and implementing a robust actionable digital marketing strategy to support Orri’s growth plans.
Developing and owning Orri’s PR and communications strategy to ensure we are generating sufficient awareness in consumer and healthcare audiences.
Working with the Head of Partnerships to engage with private medical insurers and other referrer networks such as corporates or educational institutions to increase enquiries.
Ensuring Orri has a consistent presence, tone of voice and look and feel across platforms including social media.
Responsible for developing and managing the marketing team including external agencies.
Responsible for budget management of the marketing team and function.
Actively managing our marketing funnel to ensure we are getting enough referrals through the top of the funnel and that we have strong conversion rates throughout.
Building a strong marketing pipeline and managing the execution of new marketing. campaigns that result in broadening our audience, improving our admissions numbers and conversion rates for our in person and online products.
Looking at new effective ways to target a wider engaged audience including experimenting with new channels.
Developing an in-depth understanding of user segments and target audience: their needs and key drivers throughout customer lifecycle including analysing the data and user feedback to improve messaging and products.
Designing and implementing product-specific digital marketing growth strategies that align with overall company goals and values.
Working with the marketing team alongside our agencies to set and meet ambitious KPIs.
Effective and robust management of external partners and agencies to ensure we are getting high quality work, they are meeting KPIs and achieving value for money.
Supporting our Head of Partnerships with the materials they require for Health Care Professionals and supporting with regular event management.
Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, applications, channels, design and strategy and apply, where relevant, to our growth strategy.
Work with the CEO and Director of Service Development to ensure marketing and brand is fully embedded into our culture at Orri and we have strong brand guidelines and adherence.
Desired skills and expertise:
Passion and interest for working in eating disorders or mental health.
You understand or have experience in consumer healthcare or wellness space.
Strong commercial acumen and used to managing and owning budgets.
You’ve previously led a product launch that included multiple stakeholders or have worked in a fast paced start up environment where you have been responsible for the marketing/growth strategy.
You are capable of managing experiment-led marketing plans on a set of products.
You are an out-of-the-box, creative thinker and are constantly coming up with ideas and tactics to drive growth and discover
You have a strong understanding of digital marketing and using data to analyse its effectiveness.
You are a self-starter with excellent organisation and execution skills who can drive projects from start to finish.
You are proficient in optimising CRO.
You can manage social media and are capable to instruct / manage paid media agencies/freelancers .
You are data driven and want to have a deep understanding of customer behaviour and how digital marketing should be optimised to contribute to growth goals and conversion.
You have an analytical mindset that continuously evaluates the current structure to find potential changes and improvements, whilst solving problems on-the-go.
You are team player with the confidence to take the lead.
You want to work in a dynamic growing organisation where you can really make an impact and take on responsibility.
You are motivated by change and growth and are willing to take risks.
