Role: Head of Marketing  Salary: up to 90,000Location: London, HybridCompany This company is a leading organiser of impactful events across various industries and sectors. Through conferences, exhibitions and summits, they provide valuable platforms for industry leaders to connect, collaborate and stay ahead of emerging trends.Role The Head of Marketing will be fully accountable for a market-leading global series of events and products, they will have full responsibility for the events marketing strategy and growth alongside overall portfolio performance and lead generation. The individual must be able to lead, mentor and develop the marketing team as well as adopting both a strategic and hands on approach with a commercial mindset.Responsibilities:Successfully develop and implement a global marketing strategy aligned with the portfolio’s three-year planDevelop a growth marketing strategy to attract new customers to the portfolio’s suite of productsOversee the execution of integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.Manage and lead a growing marketing team of 15 peopleDevelop the brand across key global media platforms, whilst engaging with individuals outside of the organisation to build relationshipsDevelop and deliver a PR strategy to raise the profile of the brandResponsible for overall marketing performance reviews including campaign metrics and data managementResponsible for marketing budget and weekly reporting to the Portfolio Director on KPI performance and business growthRequirements7+ years within senior management of a B2B marketing environmentProven ability to create and deliver effective marketing strategy that drives business growthExperience in budget management, with an analytical, data-driven and structured approach to decision-makingProven ability to manage large teams and foster a culture of successExperience in working with sector and trade associations, and other private sector partnersA forward-thinking individual with an expertise on community development, data management and global market experienceAbility to develop relationships across the business in order to share best practice and enhance team learningExperience in stakeholder (internal and external) managementProven track record in setting and hitting targets and KPIs with weekly reporting on performance updates Please send your CV to ##### to be considered for this position.
