With 13 years of successful operation in the UK and ambitious plans for future expansion, you will play a crucial role in driving our marketing efforts to new heights. /p p strong Purpose of the Role /strong /p p Lead and oversee the marketing strategy for our UK franchise group, with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead generation, and data analysis. /p p strong Key Responsibilities /strong /p ul li strong Strategic Development: /strong Formulate and lead comprehensive marketing strategies across all franchise brands. Collaborate with Brand Marketing Managers and the commercial sales leadership team to enhance brand equity and sales pipelines. /li li strong Digital Marketing: /strong Align digital marketing KPIs and track team progress to ensure the success of campaigns and organizational objectives. /li li strong Lead Generation: /strong Partner with leadership to implement strategies that significantly boost inbound lead generation, supporting brand growth and grassroots activities. /li li strong Performance Analysis: /strong Conduct in-depth analyses of marketing ROI/ROAS, lead generation, and business outcomes. /li li strong Conversion Focus: /strong Drive improvements in conversion rates and value creation. /li li strong Communications and PR: /strong Manage engaging communications and PR campaigns to elevate brand profiles. /li li strong Social Media Alignment: /strong Ensure social media messaging and campaigns are consistent with the overall marketing strategy. /li li strong Digital Campaigns: /strong Develop informative, engaging, and motivational digital marketing campaigns leveraging SEO, SEM, and marketing databases. /li li strong Team Leadership: /strong Lead and coach marketing managers to align with the overall franchise strategy. /li li strong Continuous Improvement: /strong Work with teams to ensure ongoing lead generation in line with marketing spend, providing recommendations as needed. /li /ul p strong Experience, Skills, and Knowledge /strong /p ul li strong Experience: /strong 5+ years in a similar role. /li li strong Expertise: /strong Strong background in customer acquisition and acquisition marketing, with experience in both B2C and B2B marketing. /li li strong Technical Skills: /strong Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics (GA4). /li li strong Leadership: /strong Demonstrated team management and digital marketing expertise. /li li strong Skills: /strong Excellent organizational, planning, and communication abilities. /li li strong Trends and Tools: /strong Up-to-date knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and tools. /li /ul p The salary range for this position is £90,000 - £100,000, complemented by a performance-based bonus and a generous benefits package. /p
