Head of Marketing B2B Health Tech £100K + Bonus Hybrid (London, 2-days per week) Are you a dynamic and data-driven B2B marketing leader looking to make a real impact in healthcare? About the Company A VC-backed, digital-first health tech company, we are revolutionising access to evidence-based weight management programmes. Our goal is to support GPs and NHS networks in delivering life-changing care to patients across the UK. The Role As Head of Marketing & Demand Generation, you will own and drive B2B marketing strategy to significantly increase GP referrals for our tier 3 weight management services. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, UK, you will lead a small team and work cross-functionally with sales, clinical leadership, external PR and public affairs agencies to design and execute the business' UK marketing strategy, delivering significant sector growth. Key Responsibilities Strategy and execution design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to engage both NHS and private GPs to drive referral growth. CRM and marketing automation build and optimise email marketing campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Content and communications oversee the creation of both compelling GP and patient-focused content, from case studies to video testimonials to webinars and other innovative marketing solutions. Agency and stakeholder management act as the central point of contact for external PR and public affairs agencies, ensuring aligned messaging. Performance and optimisation track campaign effectiveness, analyse data, and refine strategies to exceed lead generation KPIs. Leadership and team development manage a team, providing strategic direction while staying hands-on. What We re Looking For Five or more years experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, or healthcare marketing. Three or more years experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud for campaign management. Proven ability to manage external agencies and stakeholders at all levels. Strong data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and optimise performance. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments such as health tech, digital, or consultancy. Knowledge of NHS structures and GP networks is desirable but not essential.
