Head of Mechanical & Electrical

We are actively looking for an experienced Head of Mechanical & Electrical to join a housing association on a hybrid basis based in Greater London. The role will be permanent and you will receive, flexible working, 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays and company pension scheme.
As the Head of Mechanical & Electrical, you will be:

• Managing and delivering the M&E programme across the domestic properties around London and the South East in collaboration with the internal team and external contractors
• Ensuring the contracts are running in line with budgets, KPIs, managing the operational performance of the programme and liaising with external stakeholders
• Ensuring the services are delivering high level customer satisfaction and meeting statutory and regulatory requirements
• Leading the M&E team, providing training and coaching, 121s and regular team meetings

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience in both mechanical and electrical across social housing
• Worked within a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of policy development
• Holds a degree or equivalent
