The Perfect Head of Music:
We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated Head of Music who is eager to make a real difference in the lives of our students. The ideal candidate will be creative, enthusiastic, and ready to join a team of like-minded professionals.
The Role is a maternity cover leave from October 2024 to July 2025 (possibly may be able to start in September).
Responsibilities you will have as a Head of Music:
Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards and cater to the diverse needs of students.
Foster a classroom environment that encourages creativity, individuality, and a love for music.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to help each student succeed.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continually enhance teaching skills.
Qualifications of a Head of Music:
A degree in Music or a related field.
A valid teaching certification.
Previous experience as a Music Teacher is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A passion for education and a commitment to student success.
