\nMonarch Education are supporting a thriving Mainstream Secondary School based in Northampton (NN4), to find a passionate and experienced Head of Music. This is a full time and long-term role, covering a Maternity leave.
\nAs the Head of Music, you will play a key role in leading and shaping the musical journey of students, while also providing pastoral support as a Head of Year. This dual role requires a balance of musical expertise and strong leadership skills. You will be responsible for the development and implementation of a vibrant music curriculum that caters to a diverse range of abilities and interests, while also overseeing the academic and personal progress of a year group.
