An Ofsted Outstanding School in Brent is searching for a Head of Music to join their team in September. As Head of Music, you will be working with two other Music Teachers in the department of three. As Head of Music you will have a reduced teaching timetable, as well as flexibility over the year groups you can teach from KS3-KS5.

This Head of Music position is suited to an experienced Music Teacher with at least both ECT years completed or two years teaching experience if you have trained via Teach First. This is a full time, permanent contract as Head of Music, taking over from the current Head of Music who is moving to a senior role within the federation.

• �42,536 - �60,092 + TLR2B �#####
• Teaching Music with flexibility over KS3 - KS5
• Working closely alongside the Drama department.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION- Head of Music

• Qualified Music Teacher with UK QTS
• Strong subject specialist with a passion for Music
• Excellent spoken and written English essential
• Outstanding or Good lesson observations
• Able to commit full time, 5 days a week, term time only.
