Position: Head of Net Zero Carbon

Location: London

Salary: Excellent package including 8% pension, 12 weeks paternity / 6 months maternity leave

Join a national leading main contractor at the forefront of delivering retrofit decarbonisation projects as part of the Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF). Our client is recognised as Gold Investors in People, reflecting their commitment to excellence and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy and manage Net Zero Carbon for the business to deliver retrofit decarbonisation projects.


• Educate delivery teams, providing in-depth understanding and expertise in SHDF funding, compliance, and lodgement processes.


• Utilize detailed knowledge of energy companies and upcoming funding routes to optimize project outcomes.


• Analyze data to support project management and compliance activities effectively.

Key Requirements:

• Proven project management experience


• Comprehensive knowledge of SHDF funding, PAS, and Wave 3 requirements.


• Expertise in energy companies and forthcoming funding routes.


• Strong data analysis skills to support project and compliance processes.


• Ability to influence and lead at all levels, creating value and driving quality results.
