Maintaining a strong network of regional brokers at the heart of our communities has been - and continues to be - our priority, whilst also removing siloes and complexities in our ways of working and identifying opportunities to bring our people, products, and expertise closer together.This journey brings new, some more exciting opportunities. We are now looking for two skilled and experienced Insurance professionals looking for their next move as Head of Operations – Affinities & Partnerships supporting GI North or GI South Divisions.This role, though classed as home based, will require regular travel to attend meetings and visit across all the sites within the Division in which you are based. You can be based anywhere within the division within a reasonable distance from one of our General Insurance locations.Reporting to the Divisional GI Managing Director (North or South) and leading the Regional Operational teams, as a Divisional Head of Operations, your primary focus will be to collaborate with the GI Operations Director and GI Divisional team to develop the divisional operational change strategy ensuring it meets all the required standards of operational change delivery.Some of the key responsibilities include:Drive operational effectiveness and efficiency to support delivery of the Divisional business plan, working collaboratively and implementing the strategy through the regional, multi-site operational teams to produce a positive financial impact to the P&L and increase efficienciesOversee all operational change delivery across the division to enable trading teams to perform to their maximum potential, constantly reviewing business processes against best in the market to understand new opportunities and maintain key internal relationships with Ardonagh Advisory operational stakeholdersResponsible for driving operational efficiencies to increase income into the business by getting more business onto premium finance, improved income generation and implementing strategic changes across the divisionLead and drive the team to deliver the best and most efficient processes for colleagues and the best customer outcomes. Monitor team results and identify any resource issues, problems, identify and respond to trends and address any such problems with suitable solutions.Produce Internal MI reports on a regular basis to monitor agreed KPI’s and present findings at SLT business meetings and other forumsProvide education and understanding of the operational change strategy and performance across all colleagues in the division, ensuring we always meet FCA Consumer duty principlesWhat we are looking forAn experienced insurance professional who can demonstrate the ability to think strategically to support the Divisional Managing Director with the implementation of our Growth through Excellence strategy.Proven track record of managing change programmes and continuous improvement.Strong communicator, including negotiation, contracting, consultancy, facilitation, influencing, presentation, verbal and written communication skills.An exceptional collaborator with stakeholder management skills which has led to demonstrable delivery of results through people who are not in their direct reporting line.A strong understanding of all aspects of the General Insurance business including policies, processes and procedures.The ability to spot early indication to problems and with a creative and innovative approach to providing solutions or trends to highlight to relevant stakeholders.Flexibility to travel you must be available to travel to our various offices and attend meetings which could include overnights stays.This is a unique chance for an ambitious individual with a proven record who is looking for their next career move within Insurance in a fast paced, challenging and highly rewarding role.In return you will be welcomed and supported by our Ardonagh family, an organisation that cares about you as a person and your wellbeing.
