Head of Operations (IT)

Head of Operations, Enterprise IT - London HQ (remote first)We're looking for a Head of Operations to join this fast growing and market leading EdTech organisation; you would take ownership of a large and varied suite of software applications and tools used across different business functions, tasked with identifying efficiencies, implementing new solutions, removing duplicate solutions, automation, innovation and working closely with all internal stakeholders across the business to ensure common practices. Currently these decisions are made at team level and, as a result, there's a lot of duplication and inefficiency - the company is now at a size where this needs to be centralised and have someone responsible for enterprise IT as the business continues to scale.Key Skills:Excellent understanding of operational IT.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work closely and collaboratively with senior stakeholders across different business units (i.e. engineering, marketing, sales, finance).
