A proven Head Of Operations is required to head up the team of a very successful New York style bagel business that is going thru a period of hyper growth. You will be working very closely with the Directors - setting up proper processes & systems & building out the management team as the business readies it self to scale up.The business has 3 new openings already penned this summer with more in the pipeline. We have been asked to put a search out for the very best high quality Head Of Operations talent in London. We are also inviting applications from those that are currently in Senior Operations Manager positions but looking to take on their first HOO appointment.This is not the norm. It is not just about leading. We are inviting applications from those with first class commercial skills, that have worked in either multi site restaurant businesses, multi site street food operations which have already scaled - or within one of the new breed of cutting edge burgeoning concepts we have seen pop up in London over the past 3/4 years. You must come to the table with the right level of multi site & new openings experience and have the confidence & commercial nous to work closely with the Directors to drive & navigate the business through its future growing pains. This is a very fast moving privately owned group so decisive decision making & a tenacious management style are a pre-requisite.Salary on offer has a range of circa £60k - £65k + bonus.
