Are you a Senior Operations professional capable of a Head of Operations role with the desire to progress to managing Director, if so our Norwich based client might have just the role for you. This is a fully office based role and a permanent position paying in the range of �60,000 to �70,000 and with a range of benefits.
What will you be doing?
As Head of Operations you will lead and steer all operational aspects of the business and ensure the company achieves its growth goals, by directly influencing, leading and guiding all operational teams across the UK, where you will align the long term strategic goals of the business to the day to day activities to get to each milestone. You will be overseeing projects to completion ensuring these are within budget, scope and time, whilst removing any inefficiencies and implementing process improvements throughout.
What skills will you have?
To be considered for this Head of Operations role you will be a natural and experienced Operations Leader who can inspire others to deliver, whilst continually analysing the business performance to seek further gains. You will be a great communicator and possess customer and client service excellence, possessing an innovative and analytical mindset. You will have expertise in both project and budget management and be decisive in your approach. You must have experience working within a multi site environment to be considered for this job.
