Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of Operations will manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of service delivery and commercial performance, while delivering excellent levels of customer satisfaction. The Head of Operations will exemplify the inclusive values of the business and be responsible for setting and achieving strategic objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategically lead and deliver on commercial and operational objectives within a fast-paced environment. Deliver the highest standards of service delivery with a focus on operational excellence and exceptional customer experience. Successfully manage a large budgets and contribute to the generation of sustainable income and new income channels. Develop and lead a high performing and multidisciplinary team. Required Experience: Proven senior management experience in a fast-paced and customer-focused operational role. Successful track record of delivering strategic objectives, managing large budgets, and driving profitability. Strong commercial negotiation skills, including contract negotiations.
