Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Paid Media to lead our paid media department. The Head of Paid Media will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our paid media campaigns, including strategy development, execution, optimisation, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in paid media, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving business results.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive paid media strategies across various channels, including PPC, paid social, display, and programmatic.
Lead a team of paid media specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure campaign success and team development.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Drive innovation and stay ahead of industry trends by exploring new platforms, technologies, and advertising formats to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and allocation to ensure efficient use of resources and optimal performance.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, conducting regular analysis and optimisation to maximize ROI and achieve client goals.
Provide strategic recommendations and insights to clients, leveraging data and industry expertise to drive informed decision-making.
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication, transparency, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Stay informed about industry updates, platform changes, and best practices, sharing knowledge and insights with the team and clients.
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media, preferably in an agency environment.
Proven track record of success in developing and executing paid media strategies that drive business results and exceed client expectations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading and mentoring a team of paid media specialists.
Exceptional analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data to optimise performance and drive ROI.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to internal teams and clients.
Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to meet client objectives.
Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic buying platforms.
Experience working with clients across various industries, with a focus on building strong, collaborative relationships.
