We’re looking for a Head of Partnerships

We're looking for an experienced and energetic Head of Partnerships to join our team to build strong relationships with our existing partners, analyse key trends and devise innovative ways to deepen our partnerships to drive even more customers to Habito.
It won’t be simple. Our list of partners is growing fast and each one requires a thoughtful, bespoke approach. Plus you’ll be managing multiple projects simultaneously. But if you’re motivated by a challenge, this is definitely the place for you.
More about what you’ll do:
Develop and execute the partnership strategy to drive business growth and maximise revenue opportunities
Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective partners to create mutually beneficial collaborations
Negotiate partnership agreements and manage ongoing partnerships to ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing and product to drive successful partnership outcomes
Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics to track success and optimise strategies
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to inform partnership strategies and identify new opportunities
More about you:
Proven experience in partnership management, business development or strategic alliances, preferably in the financial services or technology industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills with a track record of successfully closing partnership deals
Ability to think strategically, drive results and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of mortgages
