Job Description:
GK8 is seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Head of Partnerships with a strong background in the blockchain industry. The Head of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, expanding market reach, and establishing strategic alliances within the fintech and blockchain ecosystems.
Responsibilities:
-Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities to support GK8's growth objectives and market expansion within the blockchain industry.
-Develop and nurture relationships with key partners, including blockchain platforms, technology firms, consulting firms, and industry associations.
-Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and marketing, to align partnership strategies with business objectives and blockchain trends.
-Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms to ensure mutual benefit and strategic alignment within the blockchain space.
-Drive business development efforts through partnerships, exploring new markets, use cases, and client segments within the blockchain and digital asset ecosystem.
-Monitor partnership performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement optimization strategies to maximize outcomes in the blockchain industry.
-Stay informed about blockchain technology trends, regulatory developments, and emerging partnership models relevant to digital asset security.
-Represent GK8 at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build relationships and explore partnership opportunities within the blockchain community.
-Lead and mentor a high-performing partnerships team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation in the context of blockchain technology.
Requirements:
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing strategic partnerships within the fintech or blockchain industry.
-Proven track record of successfully negotiating and executing partnership agreements that drive business growth in the blockchain ecosystem.
-Strong network of contacts within the blockchain and fintech ecosystems, including blockchain platforms, financial institutions, and industry influencers.
-Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and its applications.
-Strategic thinker with the ability to translate partnership opportunities into actionable business plans in the blockchain space.
-Experience leading and motivating cross-functional teams in a blockchain-focused environment.
