Clear Voice are currently looking for a Head of Partnerships to join their team. You will join us on a full time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary.

The Head of Partnerships role:
The Head of Partnerships will be responsible for the development of strategic partnerships to support the growth of the social enterprise, and the delivery of existing and new sources of income streams. The role will focus on building key relationships with internal stakeholders, particularly those who contribute to the development and delivery of partnerships across the organisation, alongside exploring new partnerships with external stakeholders and seeking out opportunities for Clear Voice to develop, diversify and grow.
Key responsibilities of our Head of Partnerships:
Source and onboard high-value corporate partners that deliver mutual value
Deliver highvalue and high-impact corporate partnerships, personally leading the highest value partnerships
Architect and execute co-sell plans with major partners to accelerate revenue growth
Develop and lead a strategic approach to partnership working that creates strong connections
Drive partner relationship management efforts to maintain and grow existing corporate and other partner relationships
Line management of the Partnerships Team
Build and manage the Partnerships strategy
Manage the execution of business development and commercial brand partnerships
Build, monitor, and share the progress of pipeline and relationship development, always keeping CRM up to date
Skills and experience we are looking for in our Head of Partnerships:
An experienced Partnerships professional
Capable of fostering collaboration and cultivating and maintaining relationships among business partners
Strong B2B commercial experience, direct involvement in partnerships and negotiations
The ability to think outside of the box
Proven experience in strategic Partnerships roles
The ability to build client relationships and mutually beneficial partnerships
Experience managing and developing marketing strategies for Social Enterprise
Successful track record of new business development and lead generation.
