Job DescriptionHead of People (12 month FTC)Series C - FinTech£95k - £120k2 days in the officeI am partnered with a scaling FinTech business who have grown from 100 to 300 heads in the last 18 months. This a unique opportunity to lead a team and make a significant impact. Reporting to the VP of People, whoever comes to this role should be data-driven and have a keen eye for improvement, acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive People strategy.As Head of People – you will be driving relationships and key initiatives across the business as well as keeping a keen eye out for areas of development and improvement across the team/business.The Head of People will:Be expected to actively coach and develop the team in their professional toolkit, best practices and business acumen to achieve their full potential and nurture constant professional growth.Lead on complex employee relations cases. Advise on organisational design based on growth and intentions. Create and deliver Learning and Development initiatives to enhance skills across the organisation.Collaborate with wider teams to design, develop, and drive talent management strategies. Support and coach senior leadership team - supporting, coaching and guiding them on all People (ER) related matters, advising and proactively anticipating their needs. The Head of People skills and experience:Experience leading and coaching high-performing People teams. Experience working in a fast-growth start-up leading in the partnerships and experience spaces.Expert stakeholder engagement. Complex ER cases experience (UK and International).
