An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of People Partnering to work for a prestigious regulatory body that provides extensive knowledge on a national scale. This is an interim position to provide support in developing and shaping a new team within the People Directorate.Key responsibilities of the role:Lead and inspire the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performanceOversee and guide the People Partners in establishing and embedding a strategic business partnering approachManage subject matter expert leads, ensuring the efficient operation of their respective functionsUtilise Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislationCollaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practicesPartner with other People Leaders to refine the employee and service value proposition, providing effective solutions for the organisationLead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practicesWork collaboratively across the entire People Directorate to build credibility within the organisation and deliver an outstanding customer experience for all employeesIdeal candidate profile:MCIPD qualification or equivalentExtensive senior-level generalist experience in a complex organisationIn-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter expertsProven leadership and management skills, emphasising policy improvement and high-quality service deliveryExpertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectivesStrong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholdersLocation: East SussexDuration: 6-9 months, with possible extensionDaily rate: £350-450 per dayWorking hours: Full timeWorking pattern: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out.Venn Group is an equal opportunities employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates.
