An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of People Partnering to work for a prestigious regulatory body that provides extensive knowledge on a national scale. This is an interim position to provide support in developing and shaping a new team within the People Directorate.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Lead and inspire the People Partnering team, fostering a culture of high performance
Oversee and guide the People Partners in establishing and embedding a strategic business partnering approach
Manage subject matter expert leads, ensuring the efficient operation of their respective functions
Utilise Employee Relations expertise to continuously improve and update practices and policies, ensuring compliance with employment legislation
Collaborate with the wider People teams to enhance the employee experience through aligned policies and practices
Partner with other People Leaders to refine the employee and service value proposition, providing effective solutions for the organisation
Lead the evaluation and improvement of HR systems and technology to support strategic goals and drive best practices
Work collaboratively across the entire People Directorate to build credibility within the organisation and deliver an outstanding customer experience for all employees
Ideal candidate profile:
MCIPD qualification or equivalent
Extensive senior-level generalist experience in a complex organisation
In-depth knowledge of Employee Relations with experience leading a team of subject matter experts
Proven leadership and management skills, emphasising policy improvement and high-quality service delivery
Expertise in designing and implementing People strategies, turning them into actionable team objectives
Strong ability to collaborate and build relationships with leaders, managers, and stakeholders

Duration:
6-9 months, with possible extension
Daily rate:
£350-450 per day

Full time
Working pattern:
Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
