Head of Practice (Banking)

Our client is a specialist consultancy who are currently undergoing an exciting expansion across different financial services sectors, one of which being the banking service line. For a Head of Banking position, they are seeking a highly experienced regulatory compliance candidate with extensive experience advising banking clients within reputable consultancies. This role will involve contributing strongly in terms of delivery, providing regulatory/ prudential advice to clients, alongside active business development and developing and implementing strategy. The right candidate for this opportunity will need to have a core understanding of the regulatory framework with the ability to scale up teams, further increase the practice's presence in the market and play a leading role in building out the revenue streams.This role is based in the London office, with a hybrid and flexible working model. Salary is highly competitive, and flexible depending on experience + bonus + equity.
