Head of Product and SolutionsAt Peregrine we drive digital transformation projects in large, complex organisations. Using a consultancy-led approach, we create ways to close digital skills gaps by providing fully in-house trained graduates along with specialist Business Change and IT technical talent. As Head of Product and Solutions, you will play a key role in driving our company’s success by overseeing our product design and solution development for clients. Your responsibilities will cover product ideation, market readiness, and client-facing elements.Roles & Responsibilities Solution Development:Design and test innovative propositions with clients.• Productise solutions and work with Sales on go-to-market strategy.• Train sales teams on how to effectively sell our solutions.• Work with new and prospective clients, in workshops and client forums, to support in the growth of existing clients and acquisition of new clients.Product Management:• Lead the development and execution of our product strategy.• Identify market opportunities and set the product vision and roadmaps.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go to market strategies and launches.• Test products and concepts with customer groups to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.• Create business cases for new product initiatives.• Monitor product P&L performance and feed into commercial pricing decision making.Attract, Assess & Deploy Solutions:• Build our attract, assess & deploy product proposition for campaign hiring.• Work with our technology team and partners to build a holistic solution for our clients. • Work with our Operations teams to design solutions considering people, process & technology.• Collaborate with clients during bidding processes to propose effective solutions. Qualifications and Experience• Proven experience in product management, solution architecture, or a related field.• Understanding of the talent, staffing RPO/MSP and/or consultancy market is desirable.• Excellent communication skills to work with both external and internal stakeholders.• Strategic thinker, with an ability to understand complex client problems and translate them into simple solutions.• Familiarity with market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.Interested?
