Head of Production

I have a Head of Production opportunity working for an incredible business based in the Coventry area. This company are leading the way in new technology and are at the forefront of development and manufacture. They have a unique offering and the business has a secure order book and ambitious plans to triple their workforce over the next 2 years. They are open on package and have a budget circa to �65k to �75k+ with incredible share offerings, flexible working.

Team structure will consist of Production, Quality, Manufacturing and Supply. You will be working alongside an established and structured senior management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for the management of the production assembly department including quality function, stores, and facilities
• Overseeing the management of all NPI within the business
• Reporting and Development of MRP/ERP systems, ideally (or crucially) Microsoft's' Business Central
• Managing design change and implementation
• Using a variety of software process tools, Pivotware intelligent tooling
• Assessing Quality regulations and standards are met.

Key Requirements:

A background working for a small to medium-sized manufacturing firm is essential.

Electro-Mechanical processes would be preferred, but all industries considered that offers complex products

Managed the NPI process into the business

An accomplished senior manager who has managed multiple divisions, which include Production Assembly, Quality, Facilities and Stores.

Conversant in using process tools which included Pivotware and managing ERP/MRP systems.

Qualification - High Level Academics preferred in Manufacturing/Production.
