And that’s just for starters.PurposeThe purpose of the role is to focus on identifying, negotiating and acquiring new sites in line with our Bill’s business plan, as well as managing rent reviews in the existing estate (planning, licensing, landlord relationships?)
Responsibilities include expansion in the UK, with locations including high street, cities, travel hubs and shopping centres. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end process of property acquisition, from identifying potential sites to negotiating lease agreements and finalising contracts – this will involve working with Setfords.Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and growth in key markets Build and maintain relationships with property owners, landlords, investors and agents to source new properties and negotiate favourable terms.Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings on behalf of the company to expand our network and identify potential investment partners.Work closely with construction team to align on project timelines, budgets, planning/licensing and timely site delivery Work with the finance team to prepare financial models and assess viability & profitability of potential new sites RequirementsExperience in property deal sourcing, with a proven track record of successful dealsExperience in property acquisition gained in the retail real estate sectorStrong understanding of property law, regulations, and leasing practices in the United KingdomIn-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and investment strategiesStrong negotiation and communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Solid understanding of hospitality sector.Fantastic written and communication skills and be willing to listen to guest needs.
