Head of Property Management

The Company One of the UK s leading single family housing businesses that provides new-build homes to rent is seeking a Head of Property Management to join their growing team. With significant backing and ambitious growth plans, this role will grow in scope over the next few years. The Role Focused on the south of England, this position will manage current and future developments. The role will be split across the businesses two offices, with regular travel to sites required. Key duties include: Identify and implement strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and operational excellence. Develop and manage annual budgets for properties, ensuring financial goals are met. Ensure properties meet established quality and safety standards. Adhere to and enforce compliance. Provide timely performance reports and respond promptly to concerns and requests.# We are seeking a highly capable candidate who will bring: Previous experience in BTR/MFR (essential). Possession of an ARLA or IRPM Qualification (essential). Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. A dynamic and driven personality, with a strong zeal for the industry. Exceptional organizational competencies. Experience managing team members. Remuneration There is some flexibility on salary dependent on the successful candidate's current level and prior experience, but it is anticipated that the role will likely fall between £85,000 and £100,000 plus a discretionary bonus and benefits.
