Head Of Property Services

I am currently working with a housing association in Cumbria, looking for a Head of Property Services on a permanent basis

Our client is looking for a passionate Head of Property Services to join their team. They are seeking a candidate to help deliver programs of strategic importance to the organisation, aligning with its objectives.

In this role you will provide management and leadership to the Responsive Maintenance and Investment delivery teams. You will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair and improvement of housing properties. You will ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement strategies to enhance the quality and sustainability of housing services for residents

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all projects are completed on time and meet performance standards.
• Develop, update, and enforce safety policies and procedures.
• Report to and actively participate in board meetings.
• Oversee and manage the budget effectively.
• Liaise with staff, internal and external partners.

Requirements:

• Experience in the building industry, customer focused housing repair/planned works team.
• Managing teams.
• RICS or CIOB qualification.
• Specific technical specialism training/qualifications
• Asset management knowledge
• Understanding of NHF and HHSRS
• Full driving license.

This role is a permanent position with a hybrid working style.

The salary for this is �65,000.
