Head of QA - InvestmentOliver Bernard are currently working with a leading Investment client of ours, based in Central London, who are seeking a Head of QA to join them and be responsible for transforming and developing Quality processes across the business.The incoming Head of QA will inherit three Testing teams, two based London, and one overseas, so prior experience managing cross-border functions is a must have. All highly technical teams, you'll lead a combination of Mid-Level, Senior and Lead QAs (~10-15 in size), whilst working with development teams in their push to strive for improved levels of Automation and Quality in an Agile and Transformational manner across the business.This role will be hands-off in nature, with predominant responsibilities focused around people management, directing the test strategy and advocating for testing best practices. However you must come from a hands-on / engineering background, with an understanding of how to implement Test Automation practices from scratch, and helping scale these processes across technical teams.This role presents an ideal opportunity for a Head of QA / Test Manager ready to further their career in an adaptable environment, with large amounts of autonomy in the role to shape and drive a company with clear plans. To be considered, you must have at least 3-4 years' experience as a QA Manager, and have the following experience:Previous Hands-On experience in a Java and JavaScript driven Automation environmentsFramework experience with the likes of Selenium, Cucumber, as well as CI, API and Performance Testing experience in the pastAble to define and implement lean Agile test processes to transform a QA departmentCollaborate with testing and development teams to implement robust automation from scratch, whilst driving Quality across the wider tech departmentMust have prior experience managing multiple teams in different geographical locationsStrong experience implementing a test strategy and roadmap, whilst reporting processesThis opportunity can offer 90-110K for the right profile, alongside benefits, and operates a flexible hybrid working model (with just one day p/week required in the office).Please apply here to register interest in this opportunity.Head of QA - Investment
