Head of Quality

Job Description We are seeking a brand-new Head of Quality to join Securitas’ efforts of true business transformation. The Head of Quality will lead the strategic direction and execution of quality management across all Securitas UK operations.

This role is pivotal in ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes of practice, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of excellence. The Head of Quality will be responsible for maintaining ISO and NSI accreditations and will work closely with senior leadership to align quality initiatives with business objectives.

Strategic Leadership – Develop and lead a quality strategy aligned with business goals.
Quality Management Systems – Oversee QMS implementation and compliance with ISO and NSI standards.
Continuous Improvement – Drive efficiency, process enhancements, and waste reduction.
Compliance & Accreditation – Ensure adherence to legal, industry, and corporate requirements.
Audit Management – Lead internal and supplier audits, coordinating ISO and ACS reviews.
