THE COMPANY:
I'm working with a rapidly growing strategic communications agency who works with a range of projects in the social space. Including working with UK and foreign governments around disinformation and info integrity. They're looking for a Head of Research to come in on a 12-month FTC to help lead the strategy team and work across a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects.
THE ROLE:
You will:
Manage a mixed-method research team the deliver audience focused insights around various campaigns.
Manage a strategy team that apply behaviour change, human-centred design and strategic thinking to the work of the business, includes leading programme design, campaign planning and doing analysis e.g political economy analysis, conflict assessments.
You will conduct quality assurance for both teams, upskilling and integrating qualitative and human centered design principles.
Assist in mentoring and developing other team members
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
You will need to have:
Solid knowledge of quantitative and qualitative research
10 years experience working in research/strategy roles
Experience with behaviour change campaigns/social strategy
Excellent communication skills, ability to break complex problems down succinctly
