As the Head of Reward, you will play a critical role within the HR function, responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits strategies aligned with our client's business objectives.
In this stand-alone role, partnering with senior HR colleagues, you will have a deep understanding and knowledge of creating remuneration approaches that support our client's ambition. This pivotal role requires you to work closely with the HR Director and their team in shaping the organisation's approach to compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a culture of fairness, transparency, and equity.
