Head of Sales - FMCG
Salary: �70,000 + 5k Bonus + electric car or 5k car allowance
Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days from home

Our client is a leader in sourcing and manufacturing both branded and private label personal care products for the FMCG and "Away from Home" markets. They are seeking a skilled Head of Sales to lead a team of three sales professionals. In this role, you will drive growth within this channel, shape the sales strategy, acquire new business, and expand key national and international accounts. You'll oversee all commercial aspects of your accounts, managing substantial tenders with a focus on profitability for sustainable growth.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in FMCG or Away from Home sales, proven experience in managing large key accounts, 5-10 years of sales experience, and a track record in people management.
