Head of Sales RFID Hotel - French speaking

Mind Partners is an Executive search firm with offices in Paris and London. We specialise in retained headhunting for Executives, Senior Management and Expert. We are now partnering with the French Chamber of Commerce in Great Britain to look for their new Managing Director.

To further develop its presence in the hospitality sector, Oomph Made is looking to appoint a Head of Sales RFID Hotel to lead the team across the UK and Europe.
This is a newly created position with a strong potential for development.
About the Role: We are looking for a bicultural, high-achiever candidate with the potential to manage their own business unit long term. An adaptable Head of Sales with exceptional operational skills, a hands-on approach and strategic thinking.
You will be able to relate to any stakeholders, from franchisees to Senior corporate.

You will master the codes and business culture in France and the UK.
Team leadership
Balancing workload and making necessary changes
Managing team staffing and recruitment Training and onboarding new team members Coaching and mentoring for team members' success Setting KPIs, technical goals, and personal development plans Managing team members' wellbeing
Account Management
Manage and nurture strong client relationships with key accounts - Understand clients' needs and work with internal teams to meet and exceed goals Review account performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement growth strategies Keep updated on industry trends and adjust strategies accordingly Develop a sales division operating budget to meet business goals Use available data to forecast sales accurately and set performance goals
Manage sales forecasting, account plan development, sales pipeline, contract negotiation, and maintenance.
Brand Management
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights Shape and communicate vision and mission Develop go-to-market strategies Lead brand initiatives Drive creative development Establish performance metrics and sales estimates Measure campaign performance and assess ROI Monitor product distribution and customer feedback Devise growth strategies
Business Development Research and pursue leads to secure new accounts Collaborate with design and sales teams to meet requirements Maintain relationships with current clients and identify new prospects
Personal Requirements Entrepreneurial flair, driven and accountable professional with high business standards, positive attitude, excellent time management, ability to work under pressure, and understanding of French and English business environment and culture."
