Overview:We have an excellent opportunity for a driven and committed sales professional to join us as Head of Sales. You will be responsible for leading the sales team to deliver a substantial sales programme. The role would be predominantly overseeing London developments. You must have an extremely successful and proven track record in property sales. Your role will not only be to coach, develop and motivate a team of target-driven and focussed sales associates, you will also need a good depth of experience in the delivery of customer service excellence, have a rounded knowledge of the building side of the sales process linked to programme delivery, design, finishes, layouts and overall property and development knowledge. Reporting to the Assistant Director - Sales, the successful candidate will assume responsibility for the delivery of the sales strategy to achieve our targets whilst ensuring that we maintain the highest levels of customer service for our purchasers. The ideal candidate will have significant previous experience in managing or supervising a sales team ensuring high performance is delivered, exceeding set targets and recognising that customer service remains at the forefront of everything we do. Good relations with the marketing team are imperative as is collaboration with divisional colleagues and the wider group to ensure a seamless quality service is maintained.
