Collider is mood-boosting beer without the alcohol. Non-alcoholic beer infused with adaptogens and functional mushrooms to relax you without the need for alcohol. We are a new business, having launched in February 2024, and have recently completed a VC-backed fundraising round.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Sales Officer located in the London. The Chief Sales Officer will be responsible for overseeing sales operations, sales management, training, and team management. Some remote work is acceptable for this role. Given the early stage of the business, the candidate would need to wear multiple hats and would be expected to work on tasks outside of sales (e.g general operations).
Responsibilities
Generate B2B sales for on-trade and off-trade
Develop and manage sales process and software
Manage Sales team
Manage and assist with events and activations
Account management
Requirements
At least 3 years experience with on-trade drinks sales
Training and Team Management skills
Proven track record of driving sales growth
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to develop and implement sales operations/systems
Ideally some experience with financial modelling, forecasting and supply chain management (but not essential)
Driving License
