Job Role: Head of Sales
Location: Exeter
Salary: £55k - £65k p.a plus performance related bonus

As our clients continue to scale, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to join our leadership team. If you're a results-driven, strategic thinker with a passion for sales leadership, we want to hear from you. Due to nature of the business International travel will be required.
The Role:
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales strategy, managing and leading the sales team, and ensuring we hit our revenue and growth targets. You will play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, optimising sales processes, and fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with our business objectives, market positioning, and growth targets.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team, including account executives, business development managers, and sales support staff.
Revenue Growth : Drive new business acquisition, expansion in existing accounts, and retention strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
Sales Operations : Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, reporting, and performance analytics to optimise sales processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive integrated go-to-market strategies.
Market Expansion : Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to increase brand awareness and accelerate growth.
Client Relationship Management : Foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to ensure long-term success and loyalty.
Budgeting & Planning : Manage sales budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise ROI.
Sales Training : Build a culture of continuous learning by developing training programs to enhance the team's skills and product knowledge.
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience (5+ years) in sales leadership roles
Strong track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing sales teams.
Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills with a passion for developing talent.
Expertise in sales strategy, pipeline management, and CRM systems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Data-driven decision maker with a deep understanding of key sales metrics and performance indicators.
