  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed customer expectations and foster long-term relationships.

  • Consistently achieve or surpass sales and new business targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years’ experience selling multi-utility solutions.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and securing new business.

  • Experience in sales within start-ups or new product lines, thriving in an entrepreneurial environment.

  • Ability to identify and engage key decision-makers within target sectors and geographies.

  • Demonstrated success in collaborating with senior executives to develop and execute sales strategies.

  • Strong client relationship management skills, fostering deep connections throughout organisations.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50%+ of the time for client meetings and industry events.

  • Extensive knowledge of the utility industry, with a preference for candidates familiar with ICP commercial arrangements and director-level presentations.
