This growing company have established themselves as one of the most exciting prospects in the automotive industry. Due to this, they are recruiting an ambitious Head of Service/Delivery and Aftermarket who will be instrumental in their ongoing development.

In this position you will lead a highly skilled team whilst needing to have strong organisational skills and high attention to detail. You will oversee all aspects of Aftermarket sales including returns, repairs and also deliveries. Alongside this, you will ensure an excellent manner of customer service is offered whilst continuing to develop and grow the department.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in the Automotive industry whether that be Manufacturers, Suppliers or Fleet. You will ideally have experience in an Aftermarket position and be looking to continue develop and growing the team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a pioneer in the industry and play an integral role in future growth.

The Role:

• Responsible for a small, skilled team of customer service staff and technicians
• Overseeing customer service, product deliveries, returns and repairs
• Develop and grow the team
• �75,000 - �90,000 + Progression + Excellent Benefits

The Person:

• Experience within an aftermarket, fleet management or service background
• Experience within the Automotive industry
• Live local or willing to commute to Coventry
